Our expertise provides complete solution of the project starting from conceptualization to handing over of the project. The complete process starts from getting the initial feedback and inputs from the client regarding end utilization and operations of the new project after handing over.

Short listing & selection of architects, consultants, based on their technical and commercial aspects. Finalization of master plan, architectural and structural drawings and selection of various sub-contractors through bids/ quotations. Preparation of work orders/ agreements. Coordination with selected consultants /contractors to ensure quality of works and to complete the project within budget & time. Preparation and monitoring of Master project schedule in MS Project/ Primavera.

Master project schedule is prepared for the complete project for effective monitoring purpose. MPS is followed by micro schedules, monthly & weekly schedules for every service of the project, to enable realistic and timely delivery. This is done in conjunction with the client, architects, interior designers, specialist consultants and construction agencies.

We conduct weekly project review and progress meetings to monitor the progress of activities, quality issues, claims, variations and extra item rates, raised by the agencies as per the approved MPS, BOQ and specifications.

Construction management and supervision

We have a highly educated team of NICMAR to manage and supervise the construction of variety of projects. Our working style involves:

• Preparation and monitoring of approved project Quality plan

• Preparation and monitoring of approved project safety plan

• Preparation and monitoring of Standard operating procedure

• Approvals on method statements as per IS Codes

• Sample approvals and procurement process

• Efficiency of equipment like batching plants, tower cranes etc as per design

• Drawings schedule

• Checking and recommendations of contractor bills as per tender BOQ and specifications

• Frequent inspection at site to monitor the quality and cost control

• Value engineering from time to time in order to reduce the project cost as per the site conditions

• Monitoring on claims, variations, extra items raised by the contractors

We procure operation manuals, as-built drawings, performance and other guarantees and handover the facilities to the client along with complete project closure documentation. We ensure that the documentation includes all information required for good operations and maintenance of facilities & if required, arrange training for Operations & Maintenance staff.

We also ascertain the finalization of all contracts and payments to contractors/vendors and other project agencies.
