Coordination with selected consultants /contractors to ensure quality of works and to complete the project within budget & time. Preparation and monitoring of Master project schedule through MS Project/ Primavera software.

Master project schedule is prepared for the complete project for effective monitoring purpose and followed by micro level schedules. Monthly & weekly schedules for every individual activity of the project, to enable realistic and timely delivery of the project. We conduct weekly project review and progress meetings to monitor the progress of activities, quality issues, claims, variations and extra items as raised by the sub-contracting agencies.
